3. FALSE IDENTIFICATION

Who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes? This quip highlights the conventional wisdom that puts a lot of weight on eye witness testimony. But the problem is that it is much more difficult to identify the suspect when it is a stranger we only observed for a few seconds. False identification is a contributing factor in 27% of all wrongful convictions. If you are falsely accused from false identification, don't become a statistic.
